So my buddy owns a coffee shop at riverfront downtown... they stock cold beer :)
We were sitting around talking the other day and I was telling him about bike polo, and he said he would run a $2 beer special on Tuesday nights for anyone who rides to the shop after bike polo. Since its a cafe, its all ages so anybody can go and hang out. He bikes and actually wants to come play one night but has to look after the store. If he did it, it would start next week.
Anybody interested if he does this?
Atmosphere? Is that still there?
is the coffee good? i've never been there? does he serve any sort of food too? what time does he close?
does he have handjob girls there? I'm not goin if there aren't any handjob girls.
yea, atmosphere... its directly under the movies in river front. his night hours are always different depending on how busy he is. as for the hand job girls, u should put in a request with him haha
My take is that would be difficult to get most people there before midnight... and that it would be equally as hard to convince most people that there are drinking establishments other than Poorhouse (handjob girls always on site) and Brew (at which one very influential crew member works).
As for me... I'm always down for whatever. So who knows?

coffee shops>bars
i personally love coffee more than anything. (i wanna get a coffee mug tattooed behind my ear) and i dont drink beer or anything but id rather hang out at a bar.
coffee shops are way too gay for me.
eventhough i dont mind good coffee.
so i guess you have something to do now after bike polo.

just playin, to each their own of course. i just had to counter the edge comment <3
and fair enough on hanging out in bars, coffee shops can be lame, if you go to Starbucks or places of the such. But REAL coffee shops rule.
I went there for a while a couple of years back before I found Brew downtown, the coffee tasted like hot styrofoam water. Never went back.
