I have a bike, two feet, arms, and hands... It's a commuter/road bike... with gears... 24... it's a whopper... and a helmet!... because s. florida drivers have run over friends of mine... I've even got a rack and water cage... sacrilegious... please don't stone me... 
That is quite a steed. What brand are those Panniers? They look pretty beefy.
FYI: Tonight (Tuesday) we all get together to ride our funny machines if you want to come out. The Holiday Park Hockey Rinks are the meet-up spot. People start arriving at 8:00 and it usually lasts well into the evening. Bring some beer if you're into that kind of thing.
so into it. I have a set of arkel grand touring panniers on my touring bike. i love full commuters and touring bikes. i'm gettign a touring recumbant soon. it is going to be so fun to tour with.
